"Tak bersedia" most of the time is just another way of saying "tak nak" or "tak nak bersedia pun".

And most of the time, people would just buy it with "Tak apa, saya faham." or "Tak apa, saya faham. Saya tunggu." - which is it would depend very much on depth of understanding, hope and determination.
